• Ceremony coordination

• Assisting of vendors of setup of decor items

• Coordinate with dj and photographer on flow of timeline

• Act as a point of contact for all vendors throughout the day

• Assist wedding party and guests as needed

• Distribute final payments and gratuity to vendors
